After meeting with the District Manager, Laura McLucas, and the MPOOs for the area, the Union was informed that Retail Window clerks have been hitting the Hazmat question and not having the customer to do it.

It is very URGENT that NO clerk is to Hit the Hazmat question and only allow the customer to do it, If there is an instance where the machine is not working properly, if you are unable to move to another register, inform management to make them aware.

You cannot be concerned with the Line with customers waiting. Management is now disciplining clerks for this action!!!!
